Accordingly, we strive to conduct business with individuals and organizations who share our commitment to high ethical standards and who operate in a socially and environmentally responsible manner and expect all our suppliers to adhere to similar standards and to conduct their business ethically. This Supplier Code of Conduct defines the main principles underlying our supplier business activities.

Median Technologies ’s goal is to comply with all of the rules intended to protect the integrity of the financial market as well as to comply with the recommendations issued by stock market authorities with respect to the management of risks associated with holding, disclosing, and the potential use of Inside Information. The purpose of this Insider Trading Policy is to reiterate the stock market regulations applicable to Executives, Directors, Closely Related Persons, Insiders and, generally, any other person concerned.
